Program Design
The study program normally takes two years, the maximum duration is four years. The structure is innovative, with 13 almost independent modules. This way, it is possible to pass through it very flexibly. The student has the opportunity to easily catch up on any missed module. The single modules are held approximately every six weeks. Each module comprises six seminar days. On Sundays, no lectures are held, these days are designated for revision and case study work.
All dates and contents of the modules are fixed at the very beginning of the program as to give planning reliability to the students.
Exams are typically held at the end of each module to monitor the learning progress of the students and at the same time deepen their knowledge. This way, the students are able to concentrate on their daily business again after completion of each module.
Concurrently with the theoretical study contents and according to the project-competence approach, a specific company project must be dealt with. Thus, excess value is generated for the companies involved in this study program. The documentation of the work on the specific company project is the basis of the Master Thesis and will be weighted almost 40% towards the overall score of the degree.
The teaching language is English.
