International Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The career-integrated international master’s program imparts trailblazing management theory at the highest international level. The program is based on traditional management theory.

Through the MBA program’s topics of international management and leadership, along with specific hands-on work, you as a junior or experienced executive will be prepared for strategic and operational challenges within the company.

The International MBA program is aimed at entrepreneurs, executives and junior executives with high potential and at least one year of work experience.

Program Structure and Duration

The program takes a total of 24 months. The innovatively structured International Executive MBA program consists of 13 weeks of largely independent seminars. This means it can be completed flexibly. Even missed modules can easily be made up.

One seminar week usually lasts six days, from Monday through Saturday. All dates and courses are specified at the start of the program, which allows you optimal room to plan.

During all 13 modules, obligatory tests are taken. Tests take the form of written examinations, case studies, presentations, and transfer projects. The language of instruction and testing is German, whereby some modules are taught in English.

The MBA program’s seminars start annually in September. Regardless of when the seminars start, project work at the company can start at any time.
