The study program Master of Business Engineering comprises a two year curriculum. Students acquire professional skills and competencies by taking part in 13 seminar modules of each 6 days.

The Students are assigned to the existing categories based on the academic degree obtained so far. Thus the basic economic topics are dealt with in the foundational studies for engineers and scientists, while the basics of engineering and sciences are dealt with in the foundational studies for the economists. Six weeks are held in English overseas in U.S., Sweden, Japan und Korea at our international renowned universities.

Developing a specific project within a company is a basic component of the MBE^® program. Each Student works ca. 380 days two years long (3.200 project hours) in the company. The on-the-job concept at the partner company runs parallel to the seminars.

SAP Education holds a five-week “Consultant Academy,” at which students familiarize themselves with an SAP application or technology in depth. Students can choose between training courses for different SAP consultant profiles (for example, management accounting or human capital management)

Degree

On successful completion of the program, Steinbeis University Berlin will award the degree "Master of Business Engineering – MBE". Steinbeis University Berlin is stately approved since 1998.

75 credit points according to the Credit Transfer System (CTS) will be awarded.

In addition, students will receive an internationally recognized SAP consultant certificate from SAP Education.
