The goal of this program is an international and practice-oriented education with integrated knowledge transfer.  Both the participating students and the sponsoring companies benefit from the principle of practice-oriented projects. Therefore, the entire network of the Steinbeis foundation is available for this transfer support. In additon the Fellows are coached and supervised by mentors during their project competence program. 

The MBE program can be completed within a one year or two years time model. 

Each Fellow works ca. 145 days (1400 project hours) one year long and ca. 380 days (3.200 project hours) two years long in your company.

In additio to te great demands on knowledge competency, the program also prepares the Fellow for challenges in the areas of methodological expertise an soft skills at an international level.

The Fellows spend a total of 30 days at SCMT partner universities  in the USA, Sweden, Korea and Japan.

On successful completion of the program, Steinbeis University Berlin will award the degree "Master of Business Engineering (MBE)". Steinbeis University Berlin is stately approved since 1998.
