Acquirement of Competencies

In addition to providing expertise, gaining soft-skill is a very important issue of our programmes. This combination of expertise, methodological and social competence which is important for developing problem solving skills, leads to balanced management competence.

Methodological competence

Ability of knowing and applying techniques to solve problems in a structured way. The following issues are being addressed:

  • Learning strategies
  • Visualization, presentation and moderation
  • Time management
  • Project management

Social Competence

Our students learn soft-skills like

  • Talent for cooperation and capacity for teamwork
  • Conflict management and ability to give and receive criticism
  • Intercultural management

Expertise

During the studies, participants gain a lot of technical knowledge. Supported by professors and lecturers of science, praxis and consulting, they develop innovative concepts for the future of their company, which are "transferred" into their project work.
